Foundation fundraises for recumbent tub

The Victoria Chinatown Community Care Foundation is holding a fundraiser for a recumbent tub. It takes place Nov. 9 at Golden City Restaurant, located on Fisgard Street, at 5:30pm.
Tickets cost $60. All proceeds go to the foundation.
