The Victoria Canada China Friendship Association will hold a dinner meeting at 6 p.m. on Feb. 26 at the Golden City Restaurant, 721 Fisgard Street. Prof. Hua Lin will speak about the 100th anniversary of the Chinese revolution led by Dr. Sun Yat Sen.
