Learn about owls at Swan Lake

Who glides silently, can turn their head almost completely around and can cough-up a wicked hairball?

Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary explores the wild world of owls through games, stories, crafts and hands-on exploration. Dissect an owl pellet and try a game of owl bingo.

The event happens Sunday, Feb. 24 from noon to 3 p.m., by donation. For more information, visit swanlake.bc.ca or call 250-479-0211.
