Snowbirds perform above Clover Point

The Snowbirds, Canada’s famed aerobatic demonstration team, will soar over the city this September to help mark B.C.’s 150th anniversary.

The event, dubbed Spirit in the Sky, is part of the city’s official recognition of the founding of British Columbia as a Crown colony.

The show is planned for Sept. 21 and will be centered around Clover Point and the Dallas Road waterfront. The red-and-white Canadian Forces jets will perform for about an hour.
