The 2014 Best of the City, Greater Victoria’s go-to guide of the region’s best offerings, will be on doorsteps across the Capital region tomorrow.

Check out the best leisure and entertainment spots, the best free events and even the best thrift and barber shops, as voted by you.

We’ve also included our take on Victoria’s top 10 hidden gems for relaxing during the hot summer months, as well as our Victoria A-to-Z list of the Capital Region’s big-hearted names who make this corner of the world the best place to live.

The winners stopped by Delta Ocean Pointe Resort's LURE Restaurant and Bar earlier today to accept their awards and mingle with the Black Press team. Check out the photo gallery above for a sneak peek at the winners and feel free to share!

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Best of the City highlights everything that defines our community. Find a copy in tomorrow's community newspapers or online at vicnews.com/eeditions.
