Grads turn out for Oak Bay High's 6th annual block party

Brightly coloured gowns and dark suits filled Oak Bay's Lulie Street as the Class of 2013 from Oak Bay High School celebrated at their 6th annual block party on a sunny Friday (May 10, 2013) afternoon. The students were joined by parents and friends  for food, photographs and celebration.  Live jazz was provided by the New Orleans Combo.
