The regular music will change at the fountain on Goldstream Avenue, Aug. 26 for a free performance by Stomp, an internationally acclaimed percussion and dance troupe.

The 15-minute show begins at 6 p.m. After, members of the dance group will take part in a meet and greet with the audience.

“Langford is one of our strongest growing communities out of the Victoria centre,” said Henry Kolenko, artistic producer of Broadway in Victoria. Stomp performs a series of shows at the Royal Theatre from Aug. 27 to Sept. 1. The performers arrive one day early to perform in Langford.

Goldstream Avenue from Claude Road to the Goldstream arch, and Bryn Maur Road will be closed from 5 to 8 p.m. to accommodate this public appearance.
