Arrests tackle Pandora drug problem

Five people were arrested in connection to drug dealing in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on March 9.

VicPD focused enforcement team members watched hand-to-hand transactions in the notorious area last week.

Two men, Richard Gosselin, 18 and Michael Jones, 20, have been charged with trafficking. Three other men could be charged with possession for buying drugs.
