The snow may have stopped for now but local residents will want to bundle up before heading outside. Environment Canada is giving the current temperature as -2 with a windchill factor of -7. You can see the results of the cold alongVictoria's Inner Harbour this morning where the water in the harbour is beginning to freeze over, a fairly rare occurrence. Relief is on the way with temperatures expected to rise to plus 4 tomorrow.
