Trutch Street homeowners granted heritage designation

Council approved a modification to a 1912 house at 523 Trutch St. that will see the home converted into four rental units.
While council approved a heritage alteration permit to build an addition in the backyard and restore some exterior wood siding and windows, it also granted heritage designation to the Edwardian building.
