Phase 1 completed at Queens Manor
The first 12 of 36 units at City of Victoria-owned Queens Manor have been renovated and its tenants moved back in.
The city purchased the former Traveller's Inn on Queens Avenue near Douglas Street in 2010. While waiting for the $1.5-million renovation job to proceed, the Victoria Cool Aid Society rented the units as "low-barrier" housing for the hard-to-house.
