A teen faces breach charges after a fire was doused on Coffin Island early Sunday.
Witnesses reported a fire on the tiny island, located off the foot of Robert Street in Vic West, around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
Victoria firefighters responded and informed Victoria police that someone was hiding in the water.
