Business sluggish at Victoria Conference Centre

Business is down at the Victoria Conference Centre. Between January and August, inclusive, the centre hosted 41,758 delegate days, compared to 54,001 over the same period last year.

By comparison, the Vancouver Island Conference Centre in Nanaimo grew by about 13,000 delegate days in the same period. That growth, however, marked a whopping 182-per-cent increase in the same time period.
