City employees recognized by province

City of Victoria employees Janet Hawkins and Christine Havelka have been awarded a local-government achievement certificate by the provincial government.
Council secretaries, Hawkins and Havelka were among seven people in B.C. to be recognized by the provincial board of examiners.
The certificate recognizes academic training and work experience and its goal is to improve professional skills in local government.
