Incident closes downtown streets

A man died after falling from the Yates Street parkade this morning. Victoria police and paramedics arrived after receiving a 911 call at 8:20 a.m. They attempted CPR, but he passed away at the scene.

A section of Yates Street and Langley Street were closed for several hours as detectives and forensic identification services investigate. Police do no suspect foul play.
