Police will be making an application to seize the residences under the Civil Forfeiture Act.
A 34-year-old Victoria man and a 31-year-old Vancouver woman both face charges in the invesitgation, and have been released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
A 28-year-old Victoria woman was also arrested at the time, but her ties to the operation are still under investigation.
