Motorcycle VS Pedestrian Accident Blocks Yates Street

Police, fire and paramedic crews responded to a vehicle accident on Yates Street at Cook Street after a motorcycle collided with a pedestrian at about 9:30 AM.
The accident blocked morning traffic on Yates heading to Victoria's downtown .
The initial Victoria police reports says "preliminary witness reports state that the motorcycle hit a pedestrian who was J-walking, then the motorcycle slid under a vehicle."
