Michael Dunahee missing for 23 years

Michael Dunahee disappeared from a Victoria playground 23 years ago this week, and police are still no closer to discovering what happened.

Dunahee, then four years old, went missing from Blanshard elementary school on March 24, 1991.  He was last seen around 12:30 p.m. in the area of the school playground.

Dunahee's disappearance spawned one of the largest police investigations in Canadian history, and the case remains active to this day.

Anyone with relevant information is asked to call VicPD at 250-995-7261 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
