Victoria police are seeking public help locating a 26-year-old Victoria man reported missing on Monday.

Slaven Bakovljev is five feet, 10 inches tall with a slim build and weighs about 140 lbs.  He has short, dark brown hair and a moustache and was last seen driving a white 2009 Kia Rio, with B.C. license plate 564 KWN. He was also carrying a backpack. VicPD believe he may be in the Duncan area.

"Officers and Slaven’s family are deeply concerned for his well-being. If you know where Slaven is, you are asked to call 911," said VicPD spokesman Bowen Osoko.

Osoko said police from across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland have been alerted to Slaven's disappearance to no avail.
