Legal aid story receives kudo

Re: Lack of legal aid funding resonates across province (News, March 11).

Reporter Natalie North wrote with sensitivity to my situation and with respect for the work that the Legal Services Society is attempting to do despite the relentless whittling down by the provincial government.

Not only do journalists report on change, in the best of worlds, they can effect it.

Thank you for speaking out on behalf of the financially and politically marginalized.
