Insight on Sidney refreshing

Richard Talbot’s ideas and insight on the Town of Sidney during his public presentation last week were a welcome breath of fresh air.

His type of forward thinking and vision are the kind the Town would be wise to embrace and pursue with a vengence.

The Town has been floundering, as of late, in grappling with the problems identified by Mr. Talbot. He has now provided the community with the compass to get us on course.

We should all heed his expert advice and keep in mind that time is of the essence in this situation.
