Barbers trump Pacers in city volleyball playoff
The Oak Bay Barbers defeated the Pacific Christian Pacers in the Judy Bourne Memorial Cup on Tuesday, winning the boys city volleyball championship 25-20, 25-12, 25-18.
Girls and boys Island championships are this weekend and St. Michaels University hosts the girls AA.
The Oak Bay, Reynolds, Belmont, Claremont and Spectrum/Stelly's advance to the boys AAA Islands at Vanier secondary in Courtenay. PCS, Lambrick and Parkland advance to the A Islands at Highland secondary in Comox.
