Camosun Chargers volleyballers look to rebound against Douglas College

The Camosun Chargers men’s and women’s volleyball teams are looking for faster starts this weekend at home against Douglas College.

Last weekend at PISE, both local sides rebounded well after weak starts against the Capilano Blues. The Chargers women (9-7 overall) lost in five sets last Friday, while the men (8-8) fell in three straight.

Saturday’s rematch proved reinvigorating, as both teams made quick work of the Blues in three sets. This Friday’s matches are at 6 p.m. (women) and 8 p.m. (men). Tomorrow’s matches are at 1 and 3 p.m.
