Runners hit the streets of Oak Bay for the Penninsula Runners Oak Bay Half Marathon and 5K.  The annual event welcomed walkers and   included a 2K race for kids 14 and younger and a 400 metre dash for kids 9 and younger. Money raised from the event went to CFAX Santas Anonymous.
