Realtors in Victoria sold an extra 130 more properties last month, compared to February 2014, according to the Greater Victoria Real Estate Board.
A total of 542 properties were sold in Victoria in February, up from last year’s 412. In January, only 351 properties sold, an increase of almost 200 from the previous year.
Single family homes made the most impressive mark, with 285 sold over the month.
