Hotelier company airbnb has created the world's first video short and curated entirely from Vine (and Twitter).

It's a funny thing... you get into journalism to be artistic, and then you watch companies get creative without your help. Nike's been fantastic, and Fiat has redefined automobile marketing for the 21st century. The Vancouver Whitecaps, even, are rolling in credit for the way they've cultivated an entire market of online fans – and translated it to real ticket sales.

That said, the belt has to go to Airbnb and its newest project 'Hollywood & Vine', which it calls the world's first-ever crowd-sourced short film.

It's made entirely by snippets from the video sharing social network, and it tells the story of – I think? – a piece of paper that travels the globe in the various forms paper can take (and, did you notice actor Adam Goldberg in there?).

It's worth a look...
