Canadian Senate’s future debated at Victoria Canadian Club talk

Chancellor, board chair of Royal Roads University, to speak on “The Role and Future of the Senate in Canada” Nov. 19

With the Canadian Senate in turmoil, a timely discussion of the matter will take place next Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 11:45 a.m. at the Coast Harbourside Hotel.

J. Peter Meekison, current chancellor and board chair at Royal Roads University, will speak to the Canadian Club of Victoria on the topic, “The Role and Future of the Senate in Canada.”
