The City of Victoria is hosting a celebration for the International Day of Peace on Friday (Sept. 20) from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Victoria City Hall.
The event features a presentation from Saul Arbess and Penny Joy of the Department of Peace Initiative, the Getti' Higher Choir and light refreshments.
