Africa Soul Train Circus on fundraising tour for school in Ghana

The Africa Soul Train Circus makes its way to Fernwood on Saturday (Jan. 17) for a unique fundraising venture.

The circus is raising funds to build a circus school for ghetto youth in Cape Coast, Ghana.

African Soul Train Circus will offer afternoon circus classes and activities, and an evening show with African tumbling, bowl spinning, aerial acrobatics and feature a slideshow presentations of its fundraising project.

The afternoon circus and camp begins at 2 p.m. The evening presentation is at 7 p.m. Both events take place at Fernwood Community Centre, 1240 Gladstone Ave.
