The 1Up Single Parent Resource Centre is hosting a community art-making and story sharing event Saturday (Feb. 8) at Hillside Centre as part of Family Day long weekend.
The Resource Centre has free art activities and prize draws for children. As well, volunteers will be on hand to talk about 1Up services and how they help in the community. The event runs from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the mall’s centre court.
