Forum debates open government

A Town Hall Dialogue will be held from 7 to 9 p. m. at the Cook Street Activity Centre on May 13

Former Oak Bay mayor Christopher Causton will lead a forum Tuesday (May 13) on accountability of municipal and regional governments.

A Town Hall Dialogue will be held from 7 to 9 p. m. at the Cook Street Activity Centre, sponsored by the Open Victoria Initiative Society.

Panelists include Leslie Campbel, editor Focus Magazine; David Flaherty, former B.C. Information and Privacy Commissioner; Kevin McArthur, vice-president of the Open Data Society of B.C.; and Mat Wright, press secretary for Oak Bay MLA Andrew Weaver.
