An evening of African song, dance and storytelling at the Burnside Gorge Community Centre, 471 Cecelia Rd., is raising funds to help build a school in Bamako, Mali.
The event, on tonight (May 10) from 6:30 to 10 p.m., features performance by the Gettin’ Higher Choir, a silent auction, sales table and food. For more information about the project, visit i4africa.org and scroll down to education.
