Give back this Family Day and support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria.
Local volunteer organization Leadership Victoria will be hosting a Beyond the Box Clothing Drive at participating recreation centres from Feb. 7 to 9.
“Recreation centres across the region are holding Family Day activities, so we thought they would be the perfect venue to engage the community in supporting the needs of Big Brothers Big Sisters,” said Leanna Young, member of Leadership Victoria.
In Victoria, bring used clothing and linens to Crystal Pool, 2275 Quadra St.
All proceeds from donations help Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria match children with their mentors.
