Holistic health and metaphysics are the focus of this weekend’s Energy Expo at the James Bay Community Centre, 140 Oswego St.
Attendees can receive reiki or massage treatments, receive psychic or palm readings, undergo sound healing and other forms of therapy. Workshops are planned on such topics as qi gong, healthy eating, astrology and the healing journey and laughter yoga.
