The India Mela Fest was a free two day public event that showcased Indian food and entertainment including classical and modern Bollywood music and dance and Bhangra, Garba Dhandia dances. Festival goers could also enjoy traditional food and browse the many kiosks n Centennial Square filled with Indian fashions, jewellery, arts and crafts, palm reading, and henna tattoos.
