Royal B.C. Museum CEO Jack Lohman earns honour for work in his field

The recently appointed chief executive officer of the Royal B.C. Museum can add a new accolade to his list.

On June 16, Jack Lohman was appointed Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his service to museums. The list of appointees appeared in the Queen’s Birthday Honours published June 16.

Lohman continues to hold the chair position for the National Museum in Warsaw, Poland, and is professor in museum development at the Bergen National Academy of the Arts in Norway.
