Royal B.C. Museum in Victoria offers up April Fool’s fare

Visitors will fund exhibits a bit turned upside down this weekend

Airplane in the coal mine?  Cat food tins in the fish cannery?

Thirty unusual objects will be in odd places at the Royal B.C. Museum from Friday (March 29) through Monday in celebration of April Fools’ Day.

Some of the items are obviously out of place, but others will be much harder to figure out.

Test your observation skills with this scavenger hunt, included with museum admission or membership. Foolish fun locations will be mapped on a form available from the museum box office, or look for markers in the style of a jester’s hat.

Having trouble finding a particular out-of-place item? Just send a tweet with your question to @RoyalBCMuseum #museumfool.
