On Dec. 3 at 5 pm North Park Village will aim to transform itself into the iconic winter scenes produced by print firm Currier and Ives. Village stores will be decorated and lit, Carollers will be singing, and cookies and hot chocolate will be served in the Santa's tent in the parking lot at Cook and Grant streets.
