Symposium examines public art in Victoria

Reclaim the Streets gathers artists, scholars, curators, activists and community organizations

A two-day symposium this weekend will examine the perceptions and possibilities of public art in Victoria.

Cameron Kidd, organizer of Reclaim the Streets, has assembled a wide selection of artists, scholars, curators, activists and community organizations to contribute to the event.

The Pub(lic) Crawl on Saturday (April 12) invites the public to join educators and visiting artists in a walking tour that will analyse various art projects in Victoria’s public spaces.
