Sunday marked opening day for baseball leagues across Greater Victoria, including at Hollywood Park, where Mayor Dean Fortin threw out the ceremonial first pitch for Beacon Hill Little League; and at Jerry Hale Park, home of National Little League at Cook Street and Hillside Avenue.
