The Victoria Hospice Thrift Boutique will close it doors March 21.
The thrift store was set up as a profit-making enterprise for Victoria Hospice 10 years ago, said CEO Mischelle vanThiel. Over the years the thrift store business has become more competitive.
“The thrift boutique was a wonderful program. But times change and we need to create more sustainable opportunities for people to support Victoria Hospice,” said vanThiel.
The Thrift Boutique will continue to accept clothing donations until mid-February.
