Southern Vancouver Island has a one-in-three chance of experiencing a major earthquake in the next 50 years.
To make sure residents are prepared for an earthquake or tsunami, the City of Victoria is offering a free emergency preparedness workshop Wednesday, May 29 at Oaklands Community Centre, 2827 Belmont Ave.
