Big Brothers Big Sisters invites in-school mentoring volunteers to meet with a child for one hour per week at an elementary school during the school year. Time can be devoted to arts and crafts, reading or sports.

Pacific Institute For Sport Excellence needs volunteers to assist with the organization and delivery of a celebration on Aug. 23 honoring the 20th anniversary of the 1994 Commonwealth Games.
