An upcoming good-cause day lets people dress in their finest pink gear and help find a cure for breast cancer.
Oct. 27 is Get Pink’d Day. People at offices, workplaces, schools, clubs and other groups across the province are asked to wear pink in support of a future without breast cancer. Participants can sign up online and get a Get Pink’d pin-on button for $5, with proceeds going to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
