The pending mass development of government-owned land for sale in James Bay is prompting the James Bay Neighbourhood Association to collect public input on the matter.
The B.C. government is currently accepting development proposals for South Block and Q-Lot, parcels of land near the B.C. legislature on which government office buildings and several parking lots exist now.
The deal would require the relocation of several heritage properties, while the land is likely to be used for mixed residential and commercial properties.
