Girls Rising tells the stories of nine young girls from nine different countries

World Vision is premiering the west coast screening of Girls Rising tonight (July 24) at the Cineplex Odeon, 780 Yates St.

The critically-acclaimed film by Academy Award-nominated director, Richard E. Robbins, tells the stories of nine young girls from nine different countries, all born into unforgiving circumstances and explores the vital role education can play in changing their story.
