Producers of two local video productions are celebrating after winning Leo Awards for excellence in the B.C. film and television industry last weekend.
Freshman’s Wharf, a 10-episode online series produced through the writing department at the University of Victoria won best web series.
Irene Green and Hilary Pryor, writers for May Street Productions’ Tiga Talk, took top honours for screenwriting in the youth or children’s program or series category for “Keep Smiling.”
