Instructor Leilani Petranek is offering presentations and dance workshops this month for people looking to "experience the beauty and healing power of the sacred hula of Kauai."
The dancer, filmmaker and author will share the chants, cosmology and celestial alignments in ritual hula. Cost for a one-day presentation is $20, or $45 for a dance workshop. They run from June 3 to 5 and June 10 to 12 at the Canadian College of the Performing Arts, 1701 Elgin Rd.
