Traffic slowed on Pat Bay Highway after vehicle collision

Traffic slowed down on the Pat Bay Highway after a collision on Friday, Feb. 14.

Traffic moving southbound was backed up on the Pat Bay Highway due to a two-vehicle collision, though passengers in both vehicles are seemingly safe according to a reporter on the scene.

Shortly before 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 14, just north of the Beacon Avenue intersection, BCEHS, Sidney Fire Department personnel and police responded to the crash which involved a hatchback and an SUV.

There is no indication anyone was injured in the collision.

Tow trucks have moved the vehicles and Sidney Fire cleared debris on the road.

Normal traffic flow has resumed.
