A 21-year-old man from Saanich won’t have his car for a week after police caught him driving 115 km/h in a 40 km/h zone in Oak Bay.
The driver received a $483 ticket for excessive speeding.
Oak Bay Police did not specify the exact location of the incident and tweeted that they hope the penalties would prompt a change in the man’s driving habits.
